 PAYMENT TERMS


  • Advance payment 3000/- non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date.
  • The remaining  of the balance is required to be paid in full before the the session starts. 
  • Accepted Payment Methods: The deposit is required to be made via bank transfer or UPI. The   remaining balance can be paid online or in cash. Cheques are not accepted.
  CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING


  • Rescheduling: Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. The deposit will be applied to the new date.
  • Last-Minute Rescheduling within 24 hours or during the session will increase a ₹3000 fee.
  • Cancellations: All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable.

PAYMENT POLICY & QUALITY ASSURANCE

  • All payments are final and non-refundable in the event of cancellations or claims of dissatisfaction.
  • Little Angels Farm Studio is committed to upholding the highest standards of artistry and technical execution, exercising full creative control over all projects.
  • No refunds, rescheduling, or compensation will be granted for claims based on unrealistic expectations or dissatisfaction.

CLIENT OBLIGATIONS & ABSENCES:

  • Client Obligations: It is the client's duty to ensure that all participants arrive punctually and ready for the session. Little Angels Farm Studio cannot be held liable for any individuals who do not cooperate.
  • Absences: Should the client or essential participants not show up for the scheduled appointment, the deposit will be lost.


 SUBSESSION GUIDELINES & CLIENT DUTIES:

  • Client Responsibility: The client must manage the behavior of any accompanying individuals (e.g., siblings, family) during the session.
  • Newborn Sessions: To ensure a peaceful environment, no extra individuals may enter the baby's area.

 UNEXPECTED CIRCUMSTANCES:

  • Photographer's Inability: If the photographer cannot perform due to illness or emergencies (e.g., fire, weather), both parties will work to reschedule.
  • Technical Issues: Liability for equipment failure or lost files is limited to rescheduling.

 STUDIO RULES:

  • Only the baby's parents are allowed in the studio.
  • No family or friends without prior approval.
  • If more than two adults are present without consent, the session will be canceled.

 PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO RESTRICTIONS:


  • No Personal Photography: Clients are not permitted to take photos, record videos, or make video calls during the session.


Dispute Resolution:


  • Concerns? Email us first—we’ll work to resolve issues fairly.
  • Complaints must be shared respectfully via email. Demands for free services or unreasonable claims will not be honored.
  • Legal jurisdiction: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.


 EDITING & DELIVERY:

  • Standard Editing Includes: Image retouching, exposure adjustments, color correction, and cropping.
  • Not Included: Changes to hair color, removal of extreme scars, background swaps, or major modifications.
  • Editing Style: All images will be edited in the signature artistic style of Little Angels Farm Studio and will not be customized to fit other preferences.

Delivery Timeline: Clients are required to choose their preferred images within 3 days of receiving proofs. Final edits will be delivered within 20-25 days. Delays in selection will result in delayed delivery.


COPYRIGHT & IMAGE USAGE:

  • All images are protected by the Indian Copyright Act of 1957. Clients receive a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use only. Little Angels Farm Studio retains all copyright and may use the images for portfolio and promotional purposes unless privacy is purchased. ​


 PRIVACY POLICY & LICENSING INFORMATION:

  • Privacy Policy Option: Clients may choose to buy a Privacy Policy to ensure that images are not shared on the internet. charge will be 30% of full amount of selected package .This option must be selected and paid for at the time of booking.
  • Licensing Information (Included in Package): Clients are allowed to use the photos for personal purposes, while Little Angels Farm Studio keeps full ownership of the images.


LOGO & WATERMARK STANDARDS:
  • Printed Photos: Provided free of logos.
  • Online Images: Will carry the Little Angels Farm Studio logo, with a fixed position.
  • Preview Shots: Will be watermarked and in a lower resolution.


 DIGITAL FILE STORAGE:


  • File Retention:Little Angels Photography retains RAW files for 10 days after the session, with selection required within 3 days. Clients are responsible for promptly backing up their final images upon receipt.


LIMIT OF LIABILITY:


  • Care & Responsibility: Little Angels Photography ensures the utmost care in handling digital files and session execution.
  • File Loss: If originals are lost due to technical issues, liability is limited to rescheduling.
  • Print Quality Disclaimer: We do not guarantee the quality of prints made from external labs.
  • Injury Waiver: Clients are responsible for their safety and that of their children.Little Angels Photography is not liable for any injuries during the session.

Call Recording Consent


  • We may record business calls for quality assurance, transparency, and documentation. By continuing the call, you consent to such recording in compliance with Indian laws. Recordings will not be shared except as required by law.
